When Hersch approached me, he was on the verge of publishing his latest book, "Firefighter Zen: A Field Guide to Thriving in Tough Times," and sought a new website to align with the personal brand he's cultivating.

In spearheading the redesign, I seamlessly collaborated with Hersch's team, comprising his agent, an external consultant, and his graphic designer. The entire project, from conceptualization to execution, was efficiently managed on Square Space, ensuring the website reflects Hersch's unique brand identity. Remarkably, we achieved this within the specified budget and adhered to the initially proposed timeline.
